The following conditions under the rules are needed to file a complaint:
1. the complaint must be written in Bulgarian;
2. the name and address of the complainant must be indicated, as well as the name of the person against whom the complaint is made;
3. the nature of the request must be indicated;
4. the circumstances of the case must be set out and evidence must be presented, if the complainant has such;
5. to be signed by the complainant (electronically or scanned copy).
The complaint should be submitted to the Commission after it has already been reviewed by the company and the complainant is not satisfied with the response.
In order to ensure proper and effective interaction between citizens/businesses and the EWRC administration, it is recommended to use the following platforms for sending documents electronically, subject to specific requirements regarding electronic identification, qualified electronic signature and written in Bulgarian:
